Shipping & Delivery

At Docking Bay Studio, every order is prepared with care. Many of our designs are produced especially for you through our trusted print partners.

Production & Delivery Times

Our products are made to order, so please allow time for production before dispatch.

For UK orders, we recommend allowing approximately 5–10 working days from ordering to delivery as a general estimate. This may vary depending on the product, production location and delivery address.

International delivery times vary by destination and product availability. Where available, more specific delivery estimates will be provided before purchase.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you. Your statutory rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary UK delivery on selected products, as indicated on their individual product pages.

For other products and destinations, applicable shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

International Orders

We deliver to selected international destinations, depending on product availability and our production partners.

Orders may be produced locally or shipped internationally. Customs duties, import taxes or handling charges may apply depending on the destination. Any additional charges payable by the customer will be identified where applicable before purchase.

Multiple Items

Products may occasionally be produced at different facilities. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If your order is delayed, damaged in transit or has not arrived, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
